Dr. Thomas Zeilinger
Thomas Zeilinger has worked as pastor of the Evangelical-Lutheran Church in Bavaria.
In 2000 he founded „persönlichkeit+ethik“, an institute addressing ethical issues in career contexts.
He is teaching media ethics as an Associate Professor at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
His research focusses on ethical and ecclesiological implications of the internet.
Markus Zabel

Markus Zabel studied civil engineering at the Technical University Munich with focus on organization and informatics. During and after his studies he worked as an IT consultant for example for Siemens. From 2004 to 2009 he worked in different positions, for example as corporate IT strategist or project manager for a restructuring project, for Siemens and a subsidiary. In 2009 we founded with friends the company ideenblock, which developed and operates a niche portal for sublease. From Mid of 2010 on Markus Zabel is founder and managing director of mySherpas GmbH, one of the first crowdfunding platforms in Europe. The aim of mySherpas is to provide a new way to fund creative and innovative ideas.
Hans Peter Murbach
Hans Peter Murbach is the operational Manager of seelsorge.net, the Swiss "Internet- und SMS-Seelsorge". This is an oecumenical organisation supported by the reformed and catholic churches. „seelsorge.net“ is offering online pastoral care in German, French and Italian since 1995.
In 1999 pastoral care by SMS has been added to reach also the younger generation.
Katrin Kiefer
Katrin Kiefer studied Media Management at the University of Music, Drama and Media in Hanover. Since 2007 she works as a consultant for nonprofit marketing and supports different NGOs , e.g., Aktion Mensch e.V., Deutsche Welthungerhilfe e.V. and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung e.V. Focusing online communications and social media Katrin Kiefer regularly examines the social web engagement of German nonprofits and organizes the Socialbar Frankfurt as a meeting of web activists and NGOs.

Fabrice Wegner

Fabrice Wegner (Diplom Betriebswirt, Bachelor of Arts) is a consultant for online products. During the last 10 years he could gain insights into the organization and working methods of online communities, online shops and web agencies. From 2003 to 2008 Fabrice Wegner worked at MüllerMedien and its online divisions (e.g. classifieds, online communities).
In recent years, Fabrice Wegner worked as a Product Manager for FriendScout24. He was responsible for the strategic direction, creating and analyzing business cases and the design of new features. Fabrice focussed especially the exploration of user needs, user-centered information architecture and the validation of hypotheses by (usability) testing. Analysis of live data and conversion optimization are also among its 1 x 1.
As a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), he was also responsible for ensuring that product features have been implemented in time and within the planned budget frame.

André Morys

André Morys is founder and CEO of Web Arts AG, a german based company specializing in conversion optimization. André is a contributing author for several German ecommerce magazines and is a blogger and publisher of konversionskraft.de. His work focuses on neurosciences and behavioral economics to increase the persuability of ecommerce systems
